Project 4 – To support children’s education

17 school children have been provided with notebooks, school bags, school uniforms, pens, pencils, rulers and erasers.  Their parents were too poor to provide this support for their children.

For the future it is intended to expand this so that poor children can be helped with the initial provision of clothes and slates (@£12) when starting school.

It costs £2 per month in bus fares for the secondary school children to get to Chirala.  Alternatively they could be provided with bicycles costing £38.

Some children may need help to cover their ‘GCSE’ exam fees.
